the one day that i went out & chilled at puente/ movies..
the one day of the three weeks that i’ve gone nowhere but school & home.
was the day that my sister doesn’t pick up 20+ phone calls,
upon my mom’s call from taiwan on my cell.
i knew that annie probably didn’t just go chill at her [...]

the prestige

so yesterday, while everyone’s lining up for saw3.
juno, ashey, eunice, and i went to see
a movie about vengeance, pride, deceit, & obsession.
that lost me near the beginning.
even though i was extremely tired and dozed off in the middle,
it seemed like the longest movie i’ve ever seen.
got too much suspense, needs more action…
besides tragic deaths.
