just another of the many saturdays in my uneventful summer.
most of you are probably zooming around in relay for life.
it was rather fun last year – all nighter spent on the track& in the tent, truth or dare, telephone, mafia, dropping my cell on the track (and finding it 100 meters away), dragging sand around, playing big 2 at 4am, eating 4 apples in one night, watching michael run around looking for his car(that his mom drove away?!), playing tennis at 7am, leaving my sleepingbag at school… good times. =D
but this year. got different plans.
nevertheless, i hope it was fun for you guys who went.

so today, it was a family outing to long beach =)
life’s been so hectic, its great to finally spend some time with the fam. ♥

=)

i took this while tying my hair.
isn’t that pretty cool. lol.

yeah. that’s us.

minime.

so what exactly is wrong with you?

happy eating.

need i say more?

do we look alike?

and then we went on that bike-oat thing in a tiny manmade lake in front of the aquarium.
tiring, but breezy. =D
steering was rather hard, the directions actually change like 10 seconds after you steer.

and then we hit the curb.

annie and the port-o-potties. how fitting..
just kidding haha.
she’s so cute =)

lol

does this look familiar?
ferris wheel & bridge.
oh yes. this was right next to club v20.

parents =)

this boat was so unique. =)
it had its own sofa and…

barbeque…

haha he’s chubby.
does that tell you something about chocolate factories o.o”

its us again.

two monkeys.

but why’s the rum gone?

cus i used them for cooking.

then we went onto this area on 2nd street known as belmont.
and oolala. the line in pinkberry went out the door.

the interior design was so contemporary.
they had really expensive/ cool merchandise too.
too bad no photography allowed indoors.

there was a cute dogbowl outside.
the bone looked as if a dog actually tried chewing it.

i managed to take a pic of my yogurt!
original+mango+pineapple+ mochi  ♥♥

along the road.
there were parking meters with…

this one didn’t have a parking meter.
but it’s brilliant.

whoever did these had a lot of time on their hands.
but it kept me occupied as well.
instead of looking at stores.
i was scrutinizing the floor.

then we went along highway 1 and passed by seal beach, huntington beach (and saw mr bosanko’s pier-that-collasped), newport beach…
and went to fashion island =D haha.
i felt weird going to the cheesecake factory in shorts&flipflops. thai chicken pasta comes way too strong.
&my teeth wouldn’t stop chattering.
it was fun nontheless.

btw. one of my main objectives today was to get slightly tanner.
after a whole day’s waltzing in the sun.
i didnt change one bit.
parents got sunburn.
annie turned blacker.
and i, as annie calls it…  “cindy you’re the color of my teeth”
sob*
